Peanut Butter Coffee Hot Fudge Dip || Grounds For Divorce Coffee Reviews S02E28 Welcome back to another fun instalment of Grounds For Divorce Coffee Reviews! In this segment, Rick & Paula do a taste test review of some a delicious hot fudge dip with a unique twist!

Single Shot of Espresso

1/8 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter

3/4 Cup semisweet chocolate pieces

1/4 Cup Butter

2/3 Cup Sugar

One 5oz can (2/3 can) Evaporated Milk


-In a heavy small saucepan melt the Chocolate & Butter.

-Add the Sugar, gradually stir in the Evaporated Milk, Peanut Butter and Espresso.

-Bring mixture to boiling point while stirring, reduce heat.

-Boil gently over low heat for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

-Remove pan from heat.

-Cool slightly and serve over Ice Cream or put in container to dip fruit into.
