Chicken Wings made from Chicken Thighs! Healthier alternatives || Recipe Dash S1E6. In this instalment of Recipe Dash, we will show you how to make delicious Chicken Thighs that are as good as Chicken Wings without the skin, fat and being deep fried! These bite sized morsels taste so good and you can even vary the recipe to be your favourite BBQ sauce! Enjoy!!

Recipe:

1 Family Pack of boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs

1/3 Cup Honey

1/3 Cup Hoisin Sauce

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tsp Garlic (use garlic press)

2 Tsp Ginger (use microplane)

Juice 1 Lemon

Cut chicken thighs in half Mix sauce ingredients in large bowl, put chicken thighs in sauce mix and coat well. Remove chicken thighs from sauce and place on lined baking sheet, form thigh into wing shape Bake at 380 for 15 minutes, baste with sauce, bake for 5 minutes longer. You can then put oven onto Broil for 5 minutes to caramelize sauce.
