Falafel Recipe – Chick Pea Patty Recipe || Recipe Dash S1E3 Now this is a super tasty and equally healthy dish! These Vegan Chick pea patties go great with a salad or served in a salad wrap, topped with Dill & Feta dressing or Tzatziki dip! They’re a very simple recipe and are a fast meal to make. Enjoy 🙂

1 can of no salt Chick Peas 540ml (drained and rinsed)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 cup finely chopped Parsley or Cilantro
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 tbsp Arrowroot Starch or Corn Starch
2 heaping tbsp Whole Wheat Flour or White Flour
Avocado Oil to coat patties
Bake at 380°F for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
For a crispier, golden crust you can coat frying pan with oil and cook on Medium heat.
Top with Feta Dill dressing or Tzatziki dip.
