Organic Granola Recipe – Healthy Eating || Recipe Dash 60 Second Recipe Tutorials S1E1 Welcome to our new weekly 60 second recipe video segment we call “Recipe Dash”. In this introductory segment, we are showing you a healthy recipe for Granola without all the sugar, salt and oil that most Granolas have. For this recipe you’ll need 1 banana, 1 peeled apple, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Almond Butter, Rolled Oats, Chopped Walnuts, Coconut Flakes, Chia Seeds, Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Raw Sesame Seeds, Goji Berries, Raisins.

Recipe (we used all Organic Ingredients):

1 banana

1 peeled apple

2 tsp Cinnamon

2 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup Almond Butter

4 cups Rolled Oats

1 cup Chopped Walnuts

3/4 cup Coconut Flakes

1/3 cup Chia Seeds

3/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds

1/3 cup Raw Sesame Seeds

1/2 cup Goji Berries

1/2 cup Raisins

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place the Banana, Apple, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Almond Butter into a blender and puree until smooth. In a large mixing bowl add Rolled Oats, Chopped Walnuts, Coconut Flakes, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds and mix thoroughly.

Next, add wet ingredients from blender into the mixing bowl with the above dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread half the mixed contents onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with Parchment Paper or a silicone baking mat. Spread remaining half onto a second baking sheet. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes at 300 degrees F, stir the granola every 10 minutes to allow even cooking.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool. Next, add Goji Berries to 1st pan and Raisins to 2nd pan and mix the pans separately. Once cooled to room temperature you can put Granola into a jar or container and leave lid off for 30 minutes to allow it to fully cool and have any moisture evaporate.
